Notification under paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules 

Headlam announces that it has been notified today that Mr David Grove (a person discharging managerial responsibilities within Headlam) purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in Headlam at a price of 359.00 pence per share on 4 June 2008.  

Following this transaction, Mr D Grove is beneficially interested in 20,000 ordinary shares in Headlam, representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital. 

The place of this transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
