Notification under paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules

Headlam announces that it has been notified today that Mr G Waldron (a person discharging managerial responsibilities within Headlam) purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 276.00 pence per share on 29 May 2012.  

Following this transaction, Mr G Waldron is beneficially interested in 375,638 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.45% of the issued share capital of Headlam.

The place of these transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
