Headlam Group plc has today received the following notification in respect of
notifiable interests in the ordinary voting shares of 5p of the company.

We hereby give notice for the purposes of Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 that
today we have become aware that Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust plc no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Ordinary shares of 5p of your company.
