Health Media Group Plc (the 'Company') announces that at the Annual General
Meeting held on 22 January 2003, the ordinary resolutions to receive and adopt
the financial statements, for the reappointment of the auditors and for the
re-appointment of directors were duly passed on a poll.


The special resolutions relating to Section 95 of the Companies Act 1985 and
relating to the change of the Company's name to 'Pang Management plc' were not
passed.
