Annual Report and Accounts and Dividend Timetable 

Headlam announces that the 2008 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available on the Headlam website, www.headlam.com. 

Additionally Headlam announces that the printed copies of these documents will be sent to shareholders on 19 May 2009.

The final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2008 of 14.10 pence per ordinary share, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 1 July 2009 to shareholders on the share register as at 5 June 2009.
