Total Voting Rights

As at 31 October 2022, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 85,639,209 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), with one voting right per share. The Company held   1,706,550 Ordinary  Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is   83,932,659 .   This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
