Directorate Changes

The board of Samuel Heath is pleased to announce the appointments of Paul Barry Turner (aged 43) and Martyn Peter Whieldon (aged 38) as Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Turner, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, has been employed by the Company since 2008, as Management Accountant. Between 1989 and 2008 Mr Turner was employed by Baggeridge Brick PLC, latterly as the Financial Controller. Mr Turner does not hold any other directorships.

Mr Whieldon has been employed by the Company since 1995, currently holding the position of Head of Sales. Mr Whieldon has been a Director of Samuel Heath Group Services Limited since 2005.
