The directors of the Company were notified on 3 March 2008 that on 7 November
2007, Solid Brass A.B. purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
share capital of the Company. Following this transaction, Solid Brass A.B. had a
beneficial interest of 203,500 ordinary shares in the share capital of the
Company, representing 8.03% of the Company's issued share capital.


Since 7 November 2007, Solid Brass A.B. has purchased further ordinary shares in
the share capital of the Company and now has a beneficial interest of 214,000
ordinary shares of 10 pence each, representing 8.44% of the Company's issued
share capital.
