The directors of the Company were notified on 8 March 2010 that on 4 March 2010, Solid Brass A.B. purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Solid Brass A.B. has a beneficial interest in 254,271 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
