R.J.GLANVILLE, Executive Director - Following the retirement of a qualifying
employee, 3677 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares have been released from the
Company's Share Incentive Plan. As Mr Glanville is a trustee of this Plan his
non-beneficial interest in 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares is reduced to
32,589 shares. This, together with his beneficial holding of 10,607 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares, represents 1.2% of the relevant share capital.
