T.WHEATLEY, Executive Director - Following the purchase of 203 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares at 230p per share and the award of 884 'A' Limited Voting
Ordinary Shares on 7th April 2003, both under the Company's Share Incentive
Plan, Mr. Wheatley is now interested in 1920 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.05% of the relevant share capital.
