Letter to Company Announcements Office

We have received notification that a Discretionary Trust, for which Mr. N.H.P.
Tucker (executive director) and Mr. W.P. Tucker (non-executive director) are
both trustees, has today purchased 10,256 Ordinary Shares at £2.92 1/2 each.

Following this transaction Mr. N.H.P. Tucker is now interested in 778514
Ordinary Shares (667372 beneficial and 111142 non-beneficial), and Mr. W.P.
Tucker in 400813 Ordinary Shares (all non-beneficial), representing 35.7% and
18.4% respectively of the relevant share capital.
