M.C.PEASE-WATKIN, Non-Executive Director - Notification received today that Mr
Pease-Watkin sold 15,217 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares at £2.30p each on
4th April 2003, and 15,218 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares at £2.30p each on
10th April 2003.



Following these transactions Mr Pease-Watkin is now interested in 69,740 'A'
Limited Voting Ordinary Shares, representing 1.9% of the relevant share capital.



G.J.CROCKER, Executive Director - Following the purchase of 301 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares and the award of 2,014 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares
on 7th April 2003, both under the Company's Share Incentive Plan, Mr Crocker is
now interested in 184,551 'A' Ordinary Shares (18,088 beneficial and 166,463
non-beneficial ), representing 5.0% of the relevant share capital.



R.J.GLANVILLE, Executive Director - Following the purchase of 1,329 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares and the award of 7,886 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares
on 7th April 2003, both under the Company's Share Incentive Plan, Mr Glanville
is now interested in 16,872 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares ( 5,727
beneficial and 11,145 non-beneficial ), representing 0.4% of the relevant share
capital.
