Director Shareholding

Notification received today that a Discretionary Trust for which N.H.P.TUCKER
(executive director) and W.P.TUCKER (non-executive director) are both trustees,
has, on 28 July 2003, purchased 12,280 Ordinary Shares at £2.85 each.

Following this transaction N.H.P.TUCKER is interested in 799,607 Ordinary Shares
(688,465 beneficial and 111,142 non-beneficial), and W.P.TUCKER in 421,906
Ordinary Shares (all non-beneficial), representing 37.6% and 19.8% respectively,
of the relevant share capital.
