G.J.CROCKER, Executive Director - Following the release of shares pursuant to
the Company's Profit Sharing Scheme, originally appropriated on 18 April 2001 at
£2.65 per share, Mr Crocker is now interested in 172,187 'A' Limited Voting
Ordinary Shares (21,187 beneficial and 151,000 non-beneficial), representing
4.8% of the relevant share capital.

L.WOOD, Non-Executive Director - Following the release of shares pursuant to the
Company's Profit Sharing Scheme, originally appropriated on 18 April 2001 at
£2.65 per share, Mr Wood is now interested in 31,292 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary
