G.J.CROCKER, Executive Director - Following the purchase of 727 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares at £2.30 per share and the award of 2,372 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares at £3.50 per share, both transactions being pursuant to
the Company's Share Incentive Plan and occurring on 06 April 2004, Mr Crocker is
now interested in 180,288 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares (21,187 beneficial
and 159,101 non-beneficial), representing 5.0% of the relevant share capital.

R.J.GLANVILLE, Executive Director - Following the purchase of 3,495 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares at £2.30 per share and the award of 10,844 'A' Limited
Voting Ordinary Shares at £3.50 per share, both transactions being pursuant to
the Company's Share Incentive Plan and occurring on 06 April 2004, Mr Glanville
is now interested in 31,211 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares (8,334 beneficial
and 22,877 non-beneficial), representing 0.8% of the relevant share capital.

Voting Ordinary Shares at £2.30 per share and the award of 1,521 'A' Limited
