Director Shareholding


Notification received today that, following the completion of formal procedures,
a Discretionary Trust, for which N.H.P.TUCKER (executive director) and
W.P.TUCKER (non-executive director) were both trustees, was terminated on 5th
April 2004.

As a consequence of this event, W.P.TUCKER'S non-beneficial interest in Ordinary
Shares is reduced by 368,156 shares to 53,750 shares, representing 2.5% of the
relevant share capital.

N.H.P.TUCKER'S interest in Ordinary Shares, being the Trust's Beneficiary, is
unchanged at 799,607 shares (688,465 beneficial and 111,142 non-beneficial),
representing 37.6% of the relevant share capital.
