Notification received today from non-executive director, Mr T P Duncan, that on
29 March 2005, his wife, Mrs J E M Duncan, received 13,545 Ordinary Shares and
14,155 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares, by way of family transfer.

Following this transaction Mr Duncan is now interested in 150,335 Ordinary
Shares and 118,992 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares, representing 7.0% and
3.4% respectively, of the relevant share capital.
