Director Retirement and Appointment


Mr Len Wood and Mr Mark Singleton Evans, will both be retiring from their
position as non-executive directors with the expiration of their respective
contracts, on 31 May 2004.

Mr Thomas Peter Duncan has accepted an invitation to join the Board, as a
non-executive director, with effect from 01 June 2004. Mr Duncan is presently
interested in 136,790 Ordinary and 104,837 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares,
representing 6.4% and 2.9% of the respective share capital.
