We have today receieved notification that a Discretionary Trust, for which Mr.
W.P. Tucker (non-executive director) and Mr. N.H.P. Tucker (executive
director) are both trustees, purchased 11,111 Ordinary Shares at £3.60 each, on
the 10th August, 1999.

Following this transaction Mr. W.P. Tucker is now interested in 390,557 Ordinary
Shares (all non-beneficial), Mr. N.H.P. Tucker 768,258 Ordinary Shares (657,116
beneficial and 111,142 non-beneficial), representing 17.2% and 33.9%
respectively of the relevant share capital.
