Unlisted Investment - George Gale and Company Limited
The Company announces that it holds 23,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.3% of
the respective issued share capital, in George Gale and Company Limited which is
currently the subject of a recommended cash offer from Fuller Smith & Turner
P.L.C. On the basis that Heavitree accepts the offer and that the offer is
declared unconditional, Heavitree would realise a profit of around £800,000 on
its investment, the net proceeds of which will be applied in reducing the
Company's bank borrowings.
