Change of Auditor
HeiQ Plc (LSE: HEIQ), an IP creator and established global brand in materials and textile innovation which operates in high-growth markets , announces that it has appointed Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") as the Group's auditor. At the Company's next Annual General Meeting, their re-appointment will be proposed and voted on by shareholders.
As agreed with the former auditor Crowe U.K. LLP, the engagement of Deloitte reflects the growth the Company has achieved since listing. HeiQ has undergone a period of significant international expansion and its activities are becoming increasingly complex and diversified.
The Board would like to thank Crowe U.K. LLP for its services and significant support since the Company's listing on the London Stock Exchange.
The Company announces that it will shortly send a letter to shareholders pursuant S520 of the Companies Act 2006 in connection with the change of auditor.
