Notification of Transactions of Directors
and Connected Persons

This notification relates to transactions notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R.

The following transactions took place in London:

                1.            Sale of Shares

On 26 September 2012 Michael Slade sold 200,000 ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at 183.7p per share. 

This amounted to a disposal of 0.17 per cent of the ordinary 1p shares of the Company in issue.

Notification of the transaction was made to the Company on 26 September 2012.

                2.            Purchase of Shares

On 26 September 2012 Jane O'Donnell, who is connected to Michael O'Donnell, purchased 16,000 ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at 183.5p per share.

This amounted to an acquisition of 0.01 per cent of the ordinary 1p shares of the Company in issue.

Notification of the transaction was made to the Company on 26 September 2012.

                3.            Purchase of Shares

On 27 September 2012 Richard Grant purchased 15,000 ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at 187.0p per share.

This amounted to an acquisition of 0.01 per cent of the ordinary 1p shares of the Company in issue.

Notification of the transaction was made to the Company on 27 September 2012.

                4.            Directors' Interests in Shares

Following these transactions, the directors' total interests in shares of the Company are as follows:

Michael Slade:                  13,230,919 (11.2 per cent)

Michael O'Donnell:        62,000 ordinary 1p shares (0.05 per cent)

Richard Grant:                   15,000 ordinary 1p shares (0.01 per cent)
