Under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 3,095 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 4 January 2022 of 450.00p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
