The Company was informed that the following transactions had taken place:


1.         Helical Bar plc Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ('ESOP')

On 21 May 2007 the Company's ESOP purchased 66,739 ordinary 1p shares in the
company at 425p per share.  Following this purchase the ESOP holds 5,241,440
(5.5%) ordinary 1p shares in the company.
