Helical has today entered into a contract to sell 60 Sloane Avenue to Deka for a
sum of £65.6 million.

The property comprises 75,000 sq. ft of offices, 19,000 sq. ft of retail and a
15,000 sq. ft gym producing a rental of £4.23 million p.a.

The principal tenant is Leo Burnett who occupy 65,000 sq. ft of offices at a
rental of £32.50 p.s.f. subject to review in September 2004 and a tenants break
clause in September 2009.
