HELICAL BAR PRE-LETS 3 BUNHILL ROW TO LINKLATERS
Helical Bar plc ('Helical Bar') is pleased to announce that it has pre-let 3
Bunhill Row, London EC1 to Linklaters.
The building will comprise approximately 95,000 sq.ft. of offices, and
construction works are already underway to achieve completion by December
2002. Linklaters have agreed to pay a rent of £44.00 per square foot on the
ground floor and £46.00 on the first to fourth floors inclusive and may take
all seven floors.
3 Bunhill Row is adjacent to the new City University Business School, which is
under construction, and One Bunhill Row, completed by Helical Bar at the end
of 2000 and pre-let to Slaughter and May.
Gerald Kaye, Director of Helical Bar, commented: '3 Bunhill Row is a
significant development for Helical and we are obviously delighted to have
pre-let the building to Linklaters.'
