Helical Bar plc ('Helical Bar' or the 'Company') - Repurchase of B Shares
The Company announces that on 5 January 2005 it was offered 610,000 of the
outstanding B Shares in issue for repurchase. These B Shares have been
purchased at £4.00 per B Share by the Company for cancellation.
The remaining 612,704 B Shares, representing approximately 5.8 per cent. of the
B Shares, will continue to be in issue. The amount which would be payable by
the Company if it were to repurchase the remaining B Shares at a price of £4.00
per B Share would be approximately £2.45 million.
