The Company was informed today that the following transactions had taken place:





1.         Helical Bar plc Employee Share Ownership Plan ('ESOP')



On 15 March 2007 the Company was informed that the Helical Bar plc ESOP had
purchased 800,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at 425p increasing its
shareholding to 5,174,701 (5.4%) ordinary 1p shares.
