("Helical" or the "Company")

A Second Interim Dividend of 2.75p per share was approved by the Board of Helical on 3 March 2010 and will be paid on 1 April 2010 to shareholders on the register in 12 March 2010.

This Second Interim Dividend brings the total amount of dividend for the year to 31 March 2010 to 4.5 pence per share (31 March 2009: 4.5 pence per share).
