Helios Underwriting plc, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, is pleased to announce the appointment of Willis Towers Watson Securities Europe Limited   (" Willis Re Securities ") as Financial Adviser with immediate effect to assist the Company as it pursues its acquisition strategy and continues to grow its equity base.
