Total Voting Rights
As at 30 November 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 69,163,982 ordinary shares of £0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 419,169 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 68,744,813. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
