Mountfield Group Plc (AIM. MBG) the AIM listed construction company specialising in building and refurbishing data centres, announces the appointment of Tom Spanner as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Tom is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.  Tom brings to the Board knowledge of the property market and, in particular, of high end construction projects.

The following information is provided pursuant to paragraph (g) Schedule Two of the AIM Rules:

There is no further information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) Schedule Two of the AIM Rules in relation to Tom Alexander Spanner.
