("OTE" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Bakopoulos Kyriakos, Consumer Fixed Product Marketing Director OTE Group / B2C Fixed Tribe Leader, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 26/09/2024, on the same day (26/09/2024) sold 1,000 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), with average price €16.00 for a total value of €16,000.00.
