Αthens, August 09, 2024 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Nebis Konstantinos, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of ΟΤΕ, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 08/08/2024, on the same day (08/08/2024) purchased 10,000 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), with average price €14.5942 for a total value of €145,941.90.
