The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 87.125p on 01 October 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 30 September 2013 was 85.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 04 October 2013. As at 04 October 2013 the issued share capital will be 90,290,877 and the number of voting rights will be 90,290,877.
