The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 86.75p on 12^th March 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 11^th March 2013 was 85.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 15^th March 2013. As at 15^th March 2013 the issued share capital will be 84,790,877 and the number of voting rights will be 84,790,877.
