Annual Report and Accounts

The Directors of Henderson Diversified Income Limited wish to announce that the Company has posted its annual report and accounts containing the notice of its Annual General Meeting and proxy forms to Shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at, Liberte House, 19-23 La Motte Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4SY on Tuesday 24th Februrary 2009 at 11.00am.

Additional copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy forms may be requested directly from the Company Secretary.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2008 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
