HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 1.15p (one point one five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2011. The dividend will be paid on 31 March 2011 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 11 March 2011. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 9 March 2011.
