Fourth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.25p (one point two five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2011. The dividend will be paid on 30 December 2011 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 9 December 2011. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 7 December 2011.
