HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 1.2p (one point two pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2011. This is an increase of 0.05p over the previous quarter. The dividend will be paid on 30 June 2011 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 10 June 2011. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 8 June 2011.
