HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 1.25p (one point two five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2012. The dividend will be paid on 29 June 2012 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 8 June 2012. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 June 2012.
