HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 1.25p (one point two five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2014. The dividend will be paid on 30 June 2014 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 6 June 2014. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 June 2014.
