Fourth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.35p (one point three five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2014. The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 5 December 2014 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 December 2014.
