HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 1.25p (one point two five pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2015. The dividend will be paid on 31 March 2015 to shareholders on the register as at 6 March 2015 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 5 March 2015.
