DECLARES SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND

 FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 APRIL 2019

Henderson Diversified Income Trust plc (the "Company") has declared a second interim dividend of 1.10p per ordinary share, in respect of the period ending 30 April 2019, payable on 28 December 2018 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 7 December 2018.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 6 December 2018. This dividend is to be paid as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes from the Company's revenue account.
