The Company announces the allotment of 850,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.50p per share on 24 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 23 April 2014 was 89.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 April 2014. As at 29 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 127,631,726 and the number of voting rights will be 127,631,726.
