The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.4p per share on 26 June 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 25 June 2014 was 89.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 July 2014. As at 1 July 2014 the issued share capital will be 135,131,726 and the number of voting rights will be 135,131,726.
