The Company announces the allotment of 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.75p per share on 29 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 28 April 2014 was 89.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 2 May 2014. As at 2 May 2014 the issued share capital will be 129,231,726 and the number of voting rights will be 129,231,726.
