The Company announces the allotment of 600,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.4p per share on 23 June 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 20 June 2014 was 90.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 26 June 2014. As at 26 June 2014 the issued share capital will be 134,481,726 and the number of voting rights will be 134,481,726.
